AutoPhotoList lets you upload photos of items and generates draft eBay-style listing content (titles, descriptions, and item specifics) using AI. Listings are saved as drafts for you to review, edit, and — where publishing integration is available — list on eBay yourself. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and correcting it before using it.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@example.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the photos and listing content you upload or create. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you as part of operating the Service (for example, running it through the AI pipeline). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models beyond generating your listings.
The Service may integrate with third parties such as eBay. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies; AutoPhotoList is not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or the outcome of any listing (including whether an item sells or how it's priced).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated titles, descriptions, or item specifics are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose — you're responsible for reviewing content before publishing it anywhere.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPhotoList will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@example.com. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for operational/security reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
