This Privacy Policy explains what information AutoPhotoList ("AutoPhotoList", "we", "us") collects when you use https://autophotolist.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

• Content you upload: photos you upload to generate listings, and the listing details (titles, descriptions, item specifics) that result, whether AI-generated or edited by you.
• Usage & log data: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically for security (e.g. rate limiting, abuse prevention) and to keep the Service running reliably.
• Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms from cross-site request forgery (CSRF). We also use analytics cookies, and sometimes advertising cookies; see "Cookies, analytics & advertising" below.

2. How we use your information

• To operate your account (authentication, saving your listings/drafts).
• To process uploaded photos through our AI pipeline and generate listing content.
• To maintain security — detecting and limiting abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as password reset emails.
• To display advertising that helps keep the Service free to use (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies, analytics & advertising

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device and browser information for this purpose. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

8. AI processing of your photos

To draft your listings, the photos you upload (and text we read from them, such as tags and labels) are sent to third-party AI services that analyze images and generate text. These providers process the content on our behalf to return a result. We do not use your photos to advertise to you, and we do not sell them. You can ask us to delete your photos and account data at any time by emailing Baloch.outlet2@gmail.com.

9. Third-party links & services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, eBay) that have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
