This Privacy Policy explains what information AutoPhotoList ("AutoPhotoList", "we", "us") collects when you use https://autophotolist.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

• Account information: the username, email address, and password you provide when you register. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes — we cannot see or recover your actual password.
• Content you upload: photos you upload to generate listings, and the listing details (titles, descriptions, item specifics) that result, whether AI-generated or edited by you.
• Usage & log data: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically for security (e.g. rate limiting, abuse prevention) and to keep the Service running reliably.
• Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms from cross-site request forgery (CSRF). See "Cookies & advertising" below for cookies set by third parties.

2. How we use your information

• To operate your account (authentication, saving your listings/drafts).
• To process uploaded photos through our AI pipeline and generate listing content.
• To maintain security — detecting and limiting abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as password reset emails.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies & advertising

This site does not currently display third-party advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated to disclose the advertising providers used and how to opt out of personalized ads (typically via Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info).

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@example.com — we'll process the request within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR if you're in the EU/UK, or the CCPA if you're a California resident).
